Precious’ Story
The story of Precious Care begins with love, loss and a mission.
My journey into care began with my husband. When he needed support later in life, I experienced first-hand the worry, uncertainty, and emotional challenges that so many families face when searching for the right care. I knew how important it was to find people who would not only meet his needs but treat him with genuine kindness, dignity and compassion. Through that experience, I saw the incredible difference that dedicated carers can make. The right care doesn’t just support a person physically- it brings comfort, preserves independence and provides reassurance to the people who love them. After losing my husband, I set out to honour his memory by helping other families through their own care journeys.
That mission became the foundation of Precious Care.
I took the time to learn and understand the care sector deeply, gaining a profound respect for the carers who dedicate their lives to supporting others. I also recognised that exceptional care begins with exceptional people, which is why I became extremely passionate about creating an environment where care professionals are not only highly trained, but supported, valued and empowered.
